Head of Real Estate & SCPI Management

Claire leads the acquisition, asset management, and disposition activities across all SCPI portfolios, bringing 17 years of direct real estate investment experience in French and European commercial property markets. She is responsible for investment committee presentations, tenant relationship management, and the quarterly valuation process. Bertrand Lesueur

Director of Forestry Investments

Bertrand oversees all aspects of forest grouping management, from initial parcel identification and silvicultural planning to timber harvesting schedules and biological asset valuation. He holds qualifications in forest engineering and has spent 14 years working with private and institutional forest owners across southern and central France. His work ensures that every forest holding under management is both economically productive and ecologically sound.
